Very friendly staff from the beginning, even once they knew I wasn't paying anything for fixing my tire they still provided awesome service. It was also very reassuring and nice to see the other happy clients when I walked in- says a lot about this store. So far the best tire place I have been to, thank you!! Kirkland Elliott Tire is professional, excellent and awesome!! They are totally different than any other service shop. Kirkland- Rosehill Elliott Tire is always concerned about customer's safety and priority. Every each service they are watching every part of the customers car. Everyone has a lot of experience, professional knowledge, and they explain what is being fixed and why to the customer. They are always so kind to all the customers and explain and clear up any questions or concerns. Like a honest good neighbor. I highly recommend this Elliott Tire , they are really the best service shop! If you have any problems with your car, this is the only place to come. You will be satisfied!! Thank you!! more

Stay away, unless you want to drive with an opened oil cap. They forgot to close an oil cup and everything was in oil once I realized what's happened. They cleaned everything up next day and proposed me free *next* oil change. But clearly there will be no *next* ever with them. more
