Their shop rates are reasonable 6/24/2011

They're good about letting me know if my brakes, belts, hoses, and misc items are in need of repair. Their shop rates are reasonable and because they're part of the Goodyear network I'm covered by road hazard warranty almost anywhere. more

I try to be proactive in servicing my breaks by having the pads replaced before any symptoms show up in an attempt to save money on additional related repairs. This is the first place time I have ever been successful in having my break pads replaced without being high pressured into additional related repairs. Being new to the Kirkland area, I went online to research someplace to service my breaks other than a dealership. I selected Elliot Tire based on location and good reviews. I called and was greeted in a friendly, helpful manner and told they could take me that day. They completed the work at a very reasonable cost. I will use them again for future service! Great work! more
