ANDRE LACOUR, Director Photography, is the sole reason why I selected Edward Fox Photography to capture the precious moments of my wedding. I met Andre 10 years ago when he photographed my friend's wedding. Of course, his photos were fantastic but it was his genuine personality that set him apart from all the other photographers. Very impressed 9/7/2010

Edward Fox has been around for 105 years and by recommendation of a good friend of mine, we came in here on a cold afternoon to check it out. I had seen her wedding photos and they came out beautifully so I was definitely excited to see what kind of package deal they could offer us.\r \r They have that neat sculpture outside and their door is very unique and I almost passed it up because I didn't realize that it was a door. First of all, we got to meet the owner and he took us on a tour of the whole studio and the experience was pretty neat.\r \r The lady that we met with was very informative and it was good to know that before they send any photographer out on the field, a photographer not only goes out on photo shoots as a backup photographer, goes through wedding photography classes teaching about lighting, angles, techniques, etc. The photos were very clear and sharp - as we were going through some proofs, we didn't really see any that were blurry or out of focus or crooked - definitely very impressed.\r more

my wedding album is to die for 9/3/2010

When I was growing up my Grandmother had three Communion photos above her plastic covered couch (which is another story for another day) that all said Edward Fox in the corner. My mother and father's wedding photos said Edward Fox, including the laminated wallet size ones. (which was either the thing to do back then or my parents were very misguided..,..or perhaps they were trying to match my Grandma's couch)\r ANYWAYS--all the photos I saw growing up said Edward Fox Studios on them. My family even had a story they would tell...when my mother, her sister and brother were all young they were posing for a family photo. In walks in one of the members of the family that owns it and says his name is Dick which makes all three kids giggle hystericaly....\r \r I never thought I would use them for my wedding photos but after looking on-line and pricing people out I decided I would. So I went there to look at different books to choose which of their photographers would work best for what we were looking for....and in walks in an older gentleman and introduces himself as Dick..hand to god...true story..\r \r Anyways..we chose them and asked to do a mixture of black and white & color and photojournalism style. I couldn't be happier. I have a photo up at work and people literally gasp when they see it. It looks like it should be in a wedding magazine and my wedding album is to die for. I will definitley be taking my own kids there for photos! more

I would recommend Edward Fox 9/2/2010

I'm stunned by any review that was less than 5 stars! Customer service, Marcia, and our photographer, Tunwa, were BEYOND amazing!! Marcia made me feel like an important client - not just a customer. Tunwa is an amazing artist with a vision and eye for his craft. I wonder if some people had a bad experience because they tried to dictate what pictures they wanted - this is an art, these people know what they're doing. I simply told Tunwa to show me where to go and what to do... he delivered! Our package was a more than reasonable price too. Tunwa was worth his weight in gold - he's amazing. I would recommend Edward Fox to all new brides and I plan on using them for all my future family photos and events. Thank you!! more

Completely Disappointing 12/3/2009

My husband and I chose Edward Fox for our Wedding in September of 2009. We are absolutely frustrated with the results of our pictures. The lighting was bad, some images were fuzzy, he took pictures of our backs during the whole ceremony from far away, he never zoomed in on us, while we were facing each other, photojournalism was ridiculous. When, we decided to voice our concerns, they tried to soften the blow by saying ""The pictures were great and, I had to give the designer a chance to edit and crop them"". However, you cannot edit our backs nor can you change the lighting. It is very sad that, most of the pictures sent to me by family and friends, were of much better quality. \r \r I will not be referring them to anyone. Because, they don't give you the option to chose your photographer. more

Great job, great memories. 2/8/2009

We used Edward Fox Photography for our daughter's wedding and we are thrilled with our decision. The service leading up to the big day was helpful. The bride and groom were not overly excited about their engagement photo so Fox explained that sometimes a couple's personality has to click with the photographer. They suggested another one of their staff, and a reshoot. The result was terrific. The couple loved the work, and it carried right through the wedding. The photographer (Ben) was everywhere, but never in the way. He offered to take any special requests from guests (even took one for the bandleader) and the work was beautiful. Although the albums have been ordered, we are still having trouble deciding on our second round of favorites from the HUNDREDS of shots. Thanks for beautifully preserving the memories of a great day. THEY RUINED OUR WEDDING 3/20/2008

WORST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER. If you'd actually like photos taken at your wedding, a photographer that is sober, good customer service, respect and a positive experience, then Edward Fox Photography is NOT the place for you. They ruined our wedding and the experience surrounding our wedding. The photographer - who was rude and terrible (although per Edward Fox, their very best), got drunk at our wedding - made a fool of himself - and there are no photographs of our family, friends and us as a couple. When we spoke to the management following they treated us terribly, did not provide and assistance, AND THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE. In all of my life I have never received worse treatment, less respect and such poor service. If I could do it all over again I would have hired anyone else. They ruined the experience and treated us very poorly. Go elsewhere. more
