David Loeb was EXCELLENT to work with! Everyone in my family LOVED working with him. He was worth every penny to 'special request' him when we first met with Michele Genualdi, our Sales Associate at Edward Fox who was also a pleasure to work with and so organized and helpful without being pushy at all. Thanks to Michele we started off on the right foot when we walked into Edward Fox per a referral from a close friend. Back to David. David was calm yet literally ran around all day for us, capturing all of the best moments of the day. That's what you want from a professional photographer, someone who really works for you to capture everything yet remains calm amidst the pressures and stresses that everyone brings with them on your day. He was funny, making small jokes, made friends with our driver for the 'around town' shots and made everything go smoother. We changed our picture meeting spot at the last minute and the Father of the Bride started getting upset with the Bride for telling her family to meet in the wrong place! Before the Father of the Bride could get angry at his daughter, David calmly stepped in and took the entire blame for the change of plans, relieving the Bride and putting the Father of the Bride at ease that this change in plans was made by our professional photographer. We have a huge modern day mixed family and not only did David handle all of our family dynamics with grace, he captured multiple photos including candids and formals of each family member making each person feel important. We are still getting compliments on David Loeb from Edward Fox from our family and friends; we would recommend you book him in a minute if wedding pictures (which, remember, you only get one day and they last forever) are one of your priorities. The pictures are exceptionally outstanding; he captured each and every detail of the day, even the makeup artists full setup table (who thinks to capture that!). The staff at Edward Fox has been so helpful and professional since the day we walked in the door for an initial consultation. Pictage was great. They posted our pictures right away. My entire family ordered pictures and received a copy for free. They swapped them and now have complete albums. The pictures came in a 10 days. Thats fast. more

If anyone is debating on wedding photographers and considering whether to go with Edward Fox or Fred Fox, I would HIGHLY recommend Edward over Fred any day of the week. Edward's customer service is GREAT even after more than 20 YEARS! Here is my story and you can decide for yourself. I had been packing up items that were in my cedar chest and came across our wedding album. Since I hadn't looked at it since we first got it (we were married in November '87 - soon to be 21 Years), I decided to open it up and take a look. Although the album and box it was stored in suffered absolutely no damage, the tissue it was wrapped in was stuck to the album due to the album being very tacky. The pictures and pages were undamaged. The next morning I called Edward Fox to hopefully find out how I could safely clean the cover. An Edward Fox employee was more helpful than I could have imagined. She said that in fact there had been a manufacturing defect and the original manufacturer was still in business and replacing them free of charge. She was well aware of the situation and was even apologetic that they were unable to contact the affected customers. Just drop it off and they would arrange to have it replaced! When I got home that evening and looked at the inside label, I realized FRED Fox had been our photographer. I was not too upset at this point because I thought since the manufacturer would replace it for Edward, they would certainly replace it for Fred's customers. I contacted a Fred Fox location and was told I would have to bring it in so they could inspect it and let me know what could be done. I went to the location with the album. The Fred Fox employee agreed it was tacky and called someone at the headquarters warehouse. She came back and informed me I must not have stored it appropriately. If I wanted it replaced, I would have to pay again. I told her several times about the manufacturing defect, but she said they knew of no such problem. We had paid a lot of money for the album the first time; I was not going to pay again for something that I knew had been a manufacturer's defect. She was unfazed when I told her that many nieces, nephews, children of friends, and even my own son are getting to be the age range when they may be getting married and I would definitely tell them to avoid FRED FOX for their photography. Much to my dismay, I wish I had used Edward Fox. I contacted Edward Fox again with the hopes that perhaps they could give me a contact person at the manufacturer. The Edward Fox employee went OVER AND ABOVE anything I could have imagined - she said bring it in and they would arrange to have it replaced! Is there any question who you would rather do business with???? more

My husband and I booked Edward Fox photography services for our wedding upon the recommendation of his cousin (who had used them for her wedding). In addition, we requested the same photographer his cousin had used, Bill Skinner. The deposit to have him as our photographer was slightly more, but it was well worth it! Bill was extremely professional, but felt like our best friend by the end of the day. He was very personable, easy to talk to and gave excellent direction! He was with us for the ENTIRE day, start to finish, and I never saw him stop moving--he dashed here and there and captured all of the important moments of our day in a completely unobtrusive manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Edward Fox Photography, especially Bill Skinner, to any bride and groom looking to have phenomenal photos to capture the memories of their unforgettable day! more

Andre LaCour with Edward Fox Photography, was the photographer we chose for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our pictures. Andre and his staff were professional, patient, and a pleasure to spend time with. You spend a big part of your wedding day with the photographer so it helps to actually like him.
