The staff at Edward Fox has been so helpful and professional since the day we walked in the door for an initial consultation. They came as a recommendation from two friends that used them for their wedding and I would recommend Edward Fox to anyone getting married! Our photographer Tiffany was absolutly amazing!!! There is not one single picture that we do not like out of all our Wedding photos! We loved so many of the pictures that we actually have to 'up' our album to hold more photos! We can't wait to get our hard copy proofs and start designing our album! more

I truly don't know where to begin. After searching for numerous photographers on the internet, we decided to use Fred Fox Photography because of the beautiful photos they featured on their website. WRONG! We purchased the advertised special of $695 for an all-day photographer. I should have know better right there! Although the photographer had a great sense of humor, he was no more qualified to take wedding photos than my 7 year old grandson. He took no posed photos, and 99% of the photos were taken with him standing so far away from the bride and groom that it looked like they were 2 blocks away. Very few close up photos. Instead of having numerous photos of the bride and groom together, he chose to have dozens of them standing by themselves without taking any effort to pose them. The angle of the photos during the wedding ceremony was pathetic. The best photo of all was a close-up of the wedding cake. Everything else sucked. Stay FAR AWAY from this guy. They ruined the day, a once in a lifetime memory of a special day forever gone. more

Pictage was great. They posted our pictures right away. My entire family ordered pictures and received a copy for free. They swapped them and now have complete albums. The pictures came in a 10 days. Thats fast. more

If anyone is debating on wedding photographers and considering whether to go with Edward Fox or Fred Fox, I would HIGHLY recommend Edward over Fred any day of the week. Edward's customer service is GREAT even after more than 20 YEARS! Here is my story and you can decide for yourself. I had been packing up items that were in my cedar chest and came across our wedding album. Since I hadn't looked at it since we first got it (we were married in November '87 - soon to be 21 Years), I decided to open it up and take a look. Although the album and box it was stored in suffered absolutely no damage, the tissue it was wrapped in was stuck to the album due to the album being very tacky. The pictures and pages were undamaged. The next morning I called Edward Fox to hopefully find out how I could safely clean the cover. An Edward Fox employee was more helpful than I could have imagined. She said that in fact there had been a manufacturing defect and the original manufacturer was still in business and replacing them free of charge. She was well aware of the situation and was even apologetic that they were unable to contact the affected customers. Just drop it off and they would arrange to have it replaced! When I got home that evening and looked at the inside label, I realized FRED Fox had been our photographer. I was not too upset at this point because I thought since the manufacturer would replace it for Edward, they would certainly replace it for Fred's customers. I contacted a Fred Fox location and was told I would have to bring it in so they could inspect it and let me know what could be done. I went to the location with the album. The Fred Fox employee agreed it was tacky and called someone at the headquarters warehouse. She came back and informed me I must not have stored it appropriately. If I wanted it replaced, I would have to pay again. I told her several times about the manufacturing defect, but she said they knew of no such problem. My husband and I booked Edward Fox photography services for our wedding upon the recommendation of his cousin (who had used them for her wedding). In addition, we requested the same photographer his cousin had used, Bill Skinner. The deposit to have him as our photographer was slightly more, but it was well worth it! Bill was extremely professional, but felt like our best friend by the end of the day. He was very personable, easy to talk to and gave excellent direction! He was with us for the ENTIRE day, start to finish, and I never saw him stop moving--he dashed here and there and captured all of the important moments of our day in a completely unobtrusive manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Edward Fox Photography, especially Bill Skinner, to any bride and groom looking to have phenomenal photos to capture the memories of their unforgettable day! more

Edward Fox has been around for 105 years and by recommendation of a good friend of mine, we came in here on a cold afternoon to check it out. I had seen her wedding photos and they came out beautifully so I was definitely excited to see what kind of package deal they could offer us. They have that neat sculpture outside and their door is very unique and I almost passed it up because I didn't realize that it was a door. First of all, we got to meet the owner and he took us on a tour of the whole studio and the experience was pretty neat. The lady that we met with was very informative and it was good to know that before they send any photographer out on the field, a photographer not only goes out on photo shoots as a backup photographer, goes through wedding photography classes teaching about lighting, angles, techniques, etc. The photos were very clear and sharp - as we were going through some proofs, we didn't really see any that were blurry or out of focus or crooked - definitely very impressed. more
