WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Hands down, I have never been so angry with salesmanship in my entire life. I will be going to Hutchinson later this week to purchase my car from them instead. This dealership screwed us over after we came to them with concerns about wasting our time. We had purchased a car from the another Toyota dealership and realized at the end of the deal that the car had scratches on it that wouldn't come out with buffering. We came to Eddy's Toyota and told them we'd purchase a car that day with the same deal and everything. They got us to agree to a higher price. At the time, we didn't know it was a car with more options priced higher, but they made the deal any way. They shook our hands and 20 minutes later came back and told us that they could no longer do the deal because it was a different car.
