I feel that Mark Smith did a great job of explaining our new car to us and helping understand the workings of the automobile. We first met Mark via email and after some negotiation, we weree able to come to an agreeable price. We did feel that the Prius might have been priced a bit lower nationwide, so were disappointed we weren't able to get a better price, but were satisfied with the trade in price on our Matrix. The finance department was helpful and speedy and we appreciated that. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we love our new Prius! Thank you to Mark, again, for spending so much time with us after the sale just making us feel comfortable in our car.
