Eanes Heating and Air 8/7/2015

Called Eanes about 3 on Wednesday afternoon because one of our air conditioning units wasn't working. They said someone would be to our home at 8 the next morning and asked if that was ok. David was there at 8am as promised, found the problem and corrected it immediately. He explained what the problem was and how he corrected it and guaranteed his work for one year. I couldn't have asked for any better service, I will definitely call them whenever we need heating or air service again! more

Skyler was very courteous and polite. Did not have the right size filters with him but advised that they would be back out to deliver them. We have had Eanes for the past 5 years and would recommend them to everyone. more

Great Service Eanes! 7/13/2015

I was very pleased with the promptness of this service. I was told the repair person would be at my home between 12:00 pm and 2:00pm. Well, Jeff called me at 11:20 and told me he would be here in 20 minutes. He was here in less time than that! Jeff was very friendly and thoroughly explained what my system's problem was and told me the cost of it. The cost was a bit high, but I was willing to pay the total $236 for my air. I wished it would have been a little cheaper to replace the, capacitator because I just paid to get my washer fixed two days ago! When it rains it pours. I was so pleased with the service I got and how quick Jeff got it done. Aaaahh cool air again. Thank you Eanes! I took away one star due to the high cost, but the service is top notch! Jeff also informed me that they are a 24 hour service. That is good to know! more

Weekend repair visit 6/28/2015

Our AC went out Saturday afternoon and Eanes/Gene M came to our rescue. Gene kept in contact with us to let us know when he would be able to arrive. He was able to identify the problem and fix it on the spot. Very happy I called Eanes and will be using them again. more

Excellence! 6/2/2015

Eanes was recommended to me and I understand why. I explained the symptoms and David immediately went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I'm a huge DIYer and usually choose to do the work myself to save some cash. However, their pricing is competitive and fair. I wouldn't use anyone else and will recommend them to anyone that needs heating and cooling service. more

Eric and Eanes have consistently met my high level of expectations over the years (since 2000) Eric is always professional, courteous and easy to work with. He knows the product and service well and explains details in a manner that isn't hard to understand. He does a great job without any high pressure 'upselling', which keeps me from having to look anywhere else for my HVAC needs. more

Thorough preventive maintenance of our central air system 3/13/2015

We recently purchased our home and wanted to have the HVAC PMd before the warm season. The previous owners weren't the most proactive when it came to maintaining a home so the overall health of the system worried me. I searched and found Eanes Heating and Air with their positive reviews and phoned them to schedule an appointment. When I called and explained to the young lady my reason for contacting them, she immediately pulled up the calendar and said she could have someone out later the same day. The service tech (David) arrived and went right to work inspecting my system. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in his assessment. Once he finished he went over each step of his work and gave me a detailed report of his findings. With our previous home we used another provider just because they were the ones that installed the HVAC system. Eanes is head and shoulders above the other company as far as service provided during the PM. I decided to purchase the yearly maintenance program from Eanes based on this very positive experience and I feel confident I won't be disappointed in my decision. more

Maintenance of A/C 10/24/2014

Curtis P was friendly, courteous,thorough, and intelligent during his visit. He explained complex equipment characteristics in layman terms. He is one of the best service pros I have had in the past 13 years. I would highly recommend him!! more
