I was very pleased with the promptness of this service. I was told the repair person would be at my home between 12:00 pm and 2:00pm. Well, Jeff called me at 11:20 and told me he would be here in 20 minutes. He was here in less time than that! Jeff was very friendly and thoroughly explained what my system's problem was and told me the cost of it. The cost was a bit high, but I was willing to pay the total $236 for my air. I wished it would have been a little cheaper to replace the, capacitator because I just paid to get my washer fixed two days ago! When it rains it pours. I was so pleased with the service I got and how quick Jeff got it done. Aaaahh cool air again. Thank you Eanes! I took away one star due to the high cost, but the service is top notch! Jeff also informed me that they are a 24 hour service. That is good to know!
