Free Second Opinion 10/8/2014

Thanks to Eanes for offering their free second opinion on work that was recommended by another firm. Although the diagnosis was the same it made me feel better about the large expense to repair I was facing. Also many thanks to Curtis Parker, the service tech, for taking the time to thoroughly check my system and explaining many technical aspects to me in terms that were understandable. Hopefully Eanes will be able to make the repairs I need at a more reasonable price than the firm I had placed my trust in for years. more

Jeff C. arrived exactly when he said he would. I told him I was in a bit of a time crunch, and he got my air back working and a pound of coolant with plenty of time to spare! Very courteous, professional fellow. Would highly recommend! more

Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning: Bitty T 10/2/2013

Had an issue with my condenser and saw some positive reviews on Angie's List about Eanes, so I gave them a call. It was a coincidence that the very helpful lady who answered was named Angie. She was very helpful and even made Bitty bring along a coupon for me for the service cause she's awesome! Bitty was very professional and knew exactly what the issue was and he even gave me some helpful tips. The service was great, I'm now just chilling at 75 degrees and dropping! If you have issues with your Heating and AC, give them a call, they also have 24 hour emergency service. Thanks guys, see you in the spring! more
