Our service rep, Eric was on time, and explained to our satisfaction, questions that had arisen since the installation of a small heat/cool unit. Rep was patient and understanding with us..no rush, no bother! Prices were reasonable for the services that were performed. more

Early arrival and fast service 9/27/2015

I can not say enough positive words about Jeff. Professional, respectfull, thorough, considerate and particular about his work. There was a mix up internally about the scheduled appointment, but rescheduled and resolved. Hopefully, Jeff will stay with this company because I will request him for all my future HVAC needs. Fall maitenance call 9/10/2015

David Bowman came to do my fall maintenance. He was very nice and professional. He even checked to make sure I did not have a leak where I suspected there might be one. He gets a big 10 in my book. I do want to let you know that the name/picture you sent before the apt was not who showed up. more

Saved me thousands! 9/6/2015

My ac wasn't cooling...saw a special on Amazon local, Had someone else come out first ...$89 later told I had leak and bad coil, needed a new $4k unit, and had to replace because my unit was "no longer within epa regulations" . Then I called Eanes they came out same day cleaned coil, added freon total bill $350. Feels wonderfu! Thank you. There are still honest service companies out there. more
