We recently purchased our home and wanted to have the HVAC PMd before the warm season. The previous owners weren't the most proactive when it came to maintaining a home so the overall health of the system worried me. When I called and explained to the young lady my reason for contacting them, she immediately pulled up the calendar and said she could have someone out later the same day. The service tech (David) arrived and went right to work inspecting my system. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in his assessment. Once he finished he went over each step of his work and gave me a detailed report of his findings.
With our previous home we used another provider just because they were the ones that installed the HVAC system. Eanes is head and shoulders above the other company as far as service provided during the PM. I decided to purchase the yearly maintenance program from Eanes based on this very positive experience and I feel confident I won't be disappointed in my decision.
