I like the way that the front desk allows me to pay separate tips for each person that served me. Usually I tip 15% but DuBunne is almost always 20% because they hire high quality personnel. more

I really enjoyed my last facial at your facility and that is due to Carol!!! It's so nice to go in and feel like you're her first and only client. She pays great attention to every detail and I appreciate the fact that in the beginning of the session she asked questions and then explains what she is going to do. She even describes what the serums and lotions and cleansers do and the ingredients of each! How awesome is that?!?! I had her once before and she is great with eyebrows too! Without a doubt she is an asset to your spa and will definitely recommend her to family, friends and coworkers! more

I had the detox treatment. Of course I was asked if I had medical issues that should be addressed. Informing the massage therapist that I was a cardiac patient with an AICD device, I wasn't aware I needed to mention that I have caffeine restrictions. At the end of the massage and wrap, I asked what was in the oils. That's when I was told caffeine! I didn't have a reactions until a few hours later. When I called the office to voice my concern, I wasn't faced with the joy I was when I called to make the appointment. I spoke with the manager on duty and asked they warn patrons that the products used have caffeine. I was told that several products contain caffeine and its not listed on the labels. So What! I'm not rubbing it all over my body. If you're getting a detox one of the things you're trying to cleanse your body from is caffeine. I was also told that the owner was out of the country but she would be told of my experience upon her return. I'm very interested to see if I'll ever be contacted by the owner or someone that cares! I've been a patron of DuBunne for a number of years but this experience may change things for me and those I have referred to DuBunne. I would like to add that in the past I've had the rain forest massage and was very pleased. more

everything was great! but a $70 pedicure is a little much. my toe nails were chipping the next day! i wish i could come back in and have the manicurist repaint them. other than that it was good more

At check out the receptionist was very abrupt. Not the usual friendly type we are used to. We were in on a Saturday afternoon. Lynn is great, but she was not there that day. more

The services were excellent. I enjoyed my massage and facial. My massage therapist did a wonderful job and my esthetician was very knowledgeable. She recommended a facial wash that would nourish my skin, and so far its working out well. I plan to add facials to my quarterly visits. See you in September. more
