I took my husband to DuBunne spa for fathers day we had a wonderful time ! the spa was clean,we were well taken care of and all our needs were met! everyone there was very cheerful and helpful we will be returning! more

Although I no longer live in California, I look forward to my visits there to go to DuBunne's......I have always been treated with courteous & excellent customer service. I have tried spa's in my state & none compare to Dubunne's. Keep up the good work!!! more

Great massage! 6/17/2011

I recently had a massage at DuBunne Spa and I enjoyed me wine and massage (I even enjoyed my bikini wax !!). The only thing that I did not like ,was the missing hot tub or mist room. If you wanted to sit in a tub it was extra $$. So after my massage I didn't know what to do! Other that that , it's a great facility . more

I had gotton off work early and was able to get in the same day. The gals were awesome in scheduling my appt. I always enjoy coming to DuBunne. My massage was very much needed and becky did a great job. Thank you very much for your hospitality. more

I FEEL A CHANGE 6/14/2011

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DUBUNNE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT OFTEN, I DID ENJOY THE TIME I GOT ANY OF MY TREATMENTS. BEGINNING WITH THE CHEERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF AND ENDING WITH THE BEST FACIALS EVER! I GOT DRAMATIC RESULTS AND SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY SKIN. I HAVE GIVEN SO MANY GIFT CERTIFICATES IN THE PAST TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS, THEY TOO HAVE ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER, CURRENTLY I HAVE FELT A CHANGE. STAFF JUST GOES THROUGH THE MOTIONS, NOT AS INVITING AS BEFORE. ALSO, ALTHOUGH INFORMATIVE MY TREATMENTS HAVE BEEN A LITTLE ON THE ROUGH SIDE. I LOVE THIS PLACE I HOPE MY NEXT EXPERIENCE IS BACK LIKE THE "OLD" DAYS. more

The spa is great except for the receptionists. I have been a customer many years. But this last few visits were disappointment. I think there was a manager but I had not seen her. Since her absent the front desk lacks customer friendly. more

The receptionists need to know their products and understand what customer service is. They have no clue what the spa sells. Really. why work there if you do not know what services are or products. more

I have been a customer for about 10 years and this visit will be the last. The spa therapist was great but the front desk girls were rude and did not want to assist customers. Customer service seems not to be important I hope the owners of this spa realize that they are losing customers and customers talk. more

I frequent Du Bunne Spa and am always completely satisfied with the services I receive. From the time you arrive to the time you check out you feel completely special, like the entire staff is there just to serve you personally. The facility is always impeccably clean. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. more

Pre-75th Birthday Celebration with My Daughter and My Sister 6/5/2011

I was delighted that my daughter and sister (she drove from North Hollywood) arranged a DuBunne Spa celebration as a prelude to my 75th birthday. I arrived early so I could start with the indoor sauna. Afterward, I went to the outdoor soaking tubs to enjoy time together with my daughter and sister, and then each of us went for individual massages. My Swedish massage with hot stones by Lori was wonderful and therapeutic. Then the three of us met in the Serenity Room to relax, sip beverages, and watch the waves videos. We were reluctant to leave because we were so relaxed and so mellow, but lunch was awaiting. A wonderful and memorable experience. more

Combo Massage 5/31/2011

As always I walked in with stress and out relaxed. I enjoyed being able to shower, and meditate after my treatment. It was something I did for myself with the help of Mickey to start my month vacation. Thank you for keeping the experience personal. more

    The treatment area's elegant decor--fountains, warm candlelight, wicker furniture--immediately instills a sense of peace. Golden hues inspire calm and prepare patrons for serious pampering. The immaculate locker room offers a plethora of amenities, from razors to hair products. In addition to cushy robes, the spa offers disposable panties and terry gowns to wear beneath robes for the modest.

    The Service
    The Napa Valley Escape delivers one-and-a-half hours of opulence: First, you're exfoliated with mud-like mixture containing grapeseed extract, then "baked" in a thermal wrap; a scalp massage leads into 20 minutes of cocooned quiet, followed by a relaxing bath in a whirlpool tub tinted pink from rose oil. Afterward, a 30-minute massage is expertly rendered by gentle, but firm hands. During the Visibly Smoother Facial, the esthetician constantly monitors comfort, massaging hands and feet and quietly talking you through the light peel and cleansing. Skin glows, if only for a day.
