I really enjoyed my last facial at your facility and that is due to Carol!!! It's so nice to go in and feel like you're her first and only client. She pays great attention to every detail and I appreciate the fact that in the beginning of the session she asked questions and then explains what she is going to do. She even describes what the serums and lotions and cleansers do and the ingredients of each! How awesome is that?!?! I had her once before and she is great with eyebrows too! Without a doubt she is an asset to your spa and will definitely recommend her to family, friends and coworkers!
