I had the detox treatment. Of course I was asked if I had medical issues that should be addressed. Informing the massage therapist that I was a cardiac patient with an AICD device, I wasn't aware I needed to mention that I have caffeine restrictions. At the end of the massage and wrap, I asked what was in the oils. That's when I was told caffeine! I didn't have a reactions until a few hours later. When I called the office to voice my concern, I wasn't faced with the joy I was when I called to make the appointment. I spoke with the manager on duty and asked they warn patrons that the products used have caffeine. I was told that several products contain caffeine and its not listed on the labels. So What! I'm not rubbing it all over my body. If you're getting a detox one of the things you're trying to cleanse your body from is caffeine. I was also told that the owner was out of the country but she would be told of my experience upon her return. I'm very interested to see if I'll ever be contacted by the owner or someone that cares! I've been a patron of DuBunne for a number of years but this experience may change things for me and those I have referred to DuBunne. I would like to add that in the past I've had the rain forest massage and was very pleased.
