Downtown Cleaners is a very customer friendly business. they do all kinds of cleaning and laundry.they have a great staff who make each visit very good. they do their work on time and always do a very good job.i have never had any problems with them since i started with them.great prices. more

The reality is they took me to the cleaners. 8/14/2007

While I enjoy supporting local businesses such as Downtown Cleaners, I have come to find the real cost of using their services. I first went to this dry cleaner out of convenience since they are located next to my building and they promptly lost one of my favorite shirts. In the age of computers and electronic ticketing I am not even sure how that is possible but they offered me $25 to replace an $80 Brooks Brothers dress shirt (they claimed it was not their fault and often customers get confused.) more
