Hakka cuisine is a regional type of Chinese cuisine. I haven't tasted many of the dishes served here yet, but the ones I have had are incredible -- both were seafood-based dishes and were great. I also had dim sum one Saturday afternoon and was very impressed, as Doong Kong Lau's dim sum offerings compare favorably with dim sum in the international district. I can't wait to go back for both dim sum and to experience more Hakka dishes!
