Don Juan's menu has been an evolutionary process of refinement. When I was younger, the dishes were standard mexican fare. However, don't misinterpret this to mean ordinary quality! Their homemade salsa, carne asada, or enchiladas mole compares to anyone. As a customer, its has been rewarding to taste the emergent creativity and class this innovative chef brings to his numerous tasty specials ranging from fresh fish, exotic fowls, and various meat dishes with precise blends of sauces seasoning and vegetables.
