Let me say this, so far, with every visit, we have been real pleased with the musicians. My contention is with their pricing on dinners. Their prices are way too high ($29-$32) per entree for food that is average--not spectacular, not on the same level as Applebee's. When we went there, they asked if we wanted bread. We said "sure, of course." After we finished the small amount they gave us for a party of 4, we asked for more, and they brought us more. What they DID NOT TELL US, is that they CHARGE for their bread! OMG, how many restaurants on this level of entree pricing charges for bread? NONE, that I know of, but Jazz Alley does. Not only that, their music starts on time, but not this night. The musicians were caught in traffic, and started 30 minutes late, which we as customers had not planned for (we had to leave for another commitment at 9:15 p.m.-which normally would have been plenty of time to hear an entire set). So, thumbs down for Jazz Alley's overpricing and no integrity to credit us for the lost half hour of time.
Pros: Service, Parking
Cons: Pricing
