DO NOT GO!!!!!!! I went today and felt like I was emotionally and psychically violated. Dr Pinnamaneni is an ethics criminal!!!!!! I am filing a complaint with the medical board here in AZ, with my healthcare provider and will be filing suit!!!! Anyone who has similar experience do the same!!! You must not go here, even if you are a poor college student like me and on AHCCCS. I am a female in my mid 30s and this doctor totally talked down to me. He conveniently has a nuclear lab next door and wanted me to do an invasive test where I get off my thyroid pills even though I have been cancer free for 13 years. He did not review all my medical records and said he wanted this scan ""to understand."" I sat there and told him my entire medical history and he knew the top doctor that operated on me, and yet he suggested this test after 5 mins of knowing me. I never showed up for the test and he is now billing me and sent me and my primary a letter dropping me as a client! Please! Do not go here or you will regret it. And his office is subpar. I totally agree with the other girl. Thisdoc is rude and does not care. He thinks he does but he doesnt. He siad the same thing to me. GO on a 1000 cal diet. Ok I should just die because I get headaches really bad. THere is a right way of putting people on a diet, he doesn't help or suggest. Cons: you could wait for ever more

Dr. Pinnamaneni is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He is a simple and down to earth regular guy, even though he has more degrees and diplomas than anyone I have seen in my life time. Later, I took my son to just meet Dr. Pinnamaneni to set a role model in my son's life. Dr. Pinnamaneni seems to be at ease and confident in his discussions of my medical problems. I wish I had known him a long time ago. I highly recommend him for care of any hormone problem. more

i went to see this Dr. The first visit was okay. I went to get scans done and had a follow up appt the next month. the doc has an officer next door that holds all his scan equipment. You go in their it is dirty, unorganized, a rude nurse, the pillows that they use are dirty and they put a piece of paper over them. I then go for a follow up and I see this doc and the first thing he says you have to take a radioactive pill that will destroy your thyroid and you will be on medication for the rest of your life. I asked or tried to ask a bunch of questions about the medications and side effects and he said that weight gain with thyroid issues was a myth and that if i wanted to lose weight i should go on an 800 cal a day diet. Because i did not see this coming and he started yelling at me i started to cry. He says to me, see what happens when you have that condition you get emotional. I asked why he was yelling at me he said because he was frustrated with me. He did not want to respond to my questions and said that he did not want to be sued for mal practice for using alternative methods. He was rude and was mad because I questioned the medical treatment that he suggested. He felt that I was not supposed to question him at all. I would not use him or waste my hard earned money on him. He hurds people in like cattle. If I went with his recomendation I would be on medication for the rest of my life and i would then have to go back to him every couple of months for medications. god help his patients!
