My technician was Randy, and he arrived One Hour Early! When does That ever happen... He was very patient, as I wasn't quite ready for him. Not only was he professional And polite, but he was efficient with his time and tidy. We have old and tired Berber carpet - not only does it now look revived And attractive, but I don't mind looking at it! I might even allow my child to walk barefoot on it for the first time in 2 years! I'm thrilled and happy to recommend this company! more

I had this company come to my residence to clean practically my entire carpet. I really took into the account how long they've been in business, bbb rating, and other reviews. But I had to experience this for myself. Surprisingly the technician did a sloppy job. Stains were still apparent after the cleaning and became even more so after it dried. The tech comes up with a sorry excuse saying if the machine couldn't get it, then it is pretty much hopeless. What went wrong? I did not have a lot of stains to begin with. I was so angry, I went to Walmart, purchased a Bissell for $98 and to my surprise as an amateur, did a much better job. I only regret I went against my gut feeling of doing this from the beginning and still chose to hire this company. What is the $10 trip, I supposed this is their way of getting reimbursed for gas coming to your location outside of the service charge. Too pricy for the terrible services rendered. Truly disappointed. Hard lessoned learned, I will never again use this company and this is why I have learned to do things on my own and save money while I am at it. more

My grout certainly did not look like the pictures when they finished it still looks dirty in some places. the biggest problem is after paying more than $300 I have to scrub my floor with vinegar water because when I walk on the tile in white socks the bottoms are dirty and sticky. Every time I walk on the floor it is sticky, when I called they told me to use vinegar water to take away the sticky. Two days before Thanksgiving scrubbing my floors was not in the plan. more

I called this company to get the Gold Package which includes using either the Rotovac Powerwand or the Rotovac 360 tool, I did not want the standard wand cleaning which when I called and made the appointment was told I would get the Rotovac service and not the standard wand cleaning “included in the Gold Package. I was also told that halls where free. when the service person arrived he first told me that I had to pay additional cost for the small entry hallway into my bedroom I quickly told the service person I was not going to pay any additional cost and that he could leave if there was going to be cost above what I was told I would pay for the service. The service person then agreed to do the small entry hallway into my bedroom saying I would not be charged but the company would have to pay him for doing the small entry hallway. The service person went to his truck to get his equipment when he returned he had a standard wand and not the Rotovac that I requested and was told I would get. Keep in mind I waited an entire week for the service and also moved all the furniture out of all the bedrooms that I wanted to be cleaned. The service person packed up all his equipment and said someone would be calling me to reschedule the service call with a service person that has the Rotovac. No one ever called. I waited a week for the service and moved all the furniture out of the rooms and no one called. Be careful using this company and confirm with the person who calls back the day before the service to confirm the appointment that the service person coming is performing the work with the tools you requested. more

Randy was here in an hour or so after calling to get an estimate. He was upfront and honest about what he could and could not guarantee. He quickly did his job but a very effective one. My nasty carpets look new. more

I had my carpet cleaned by a young man who seemed to be quite young, but did a very good job cleaning my shag carpet better than I have had it clean since I first bought it 12 years ago. He was very professional with his job an made sure I was happy, best experience ever!!!!! more

I purchased the platinum special. I have no pets and it is only 2 adults in my house. The results of the cleaning were not as advertised. The website overrates results. The customer service provided by the person who did the job was terrible. He dId not accepted comments regarding where I saw stains. He argued most of the time about not seen them. He did not wear shoe liners. I had to call for a redo for I took pictures of the stains. the same guy was sent back having the same attitude. more

This company does not follow through on a thing they say they will do! Stay away from this company! Completely horrible! more

I called and said I needed my carpet stretched and cleaned. He told me on the phone that no need to stretch, cleaning will very often take out the ripples after drying. Well it didn't. I had to pay more than double the amount to remove stains, which did not get removed at all. The carpet did not loose the ripples, so now I have to get a carpet stretcher out as well. Had I been told this, I would have hired someone who could have done both jobs. Now I have to clean the spots myself to after they are done stretching the carpet. Not happy, under very tight time restraints after all this since we are showing the house for sale next week. more

I have had many carpet cleaners come out in the 15 yrs of having my Berber Carpet, however, this instance was different.. Let me back up and explain. I left my dogs in one day during a thunderstorm while I was at work (my dogs are 10 & 12 and I've raised them from pups, COMPLETELY house trained). I come home and 3 rooms in my home are destroyed, I have no idea what got into them but they went crazy in my home.. I frantically got on the computer and started scrolling websites. Deluxe Carpet Cleaning not only came out the next day 1st thing but the technician had 20+ years experience and IT SHOWED.. I have had stains on the carpet for years that no one could get up. 1 appointment w. Deluxe Carpet Cleaning got it out perfectly. My carpets look and smell like new again. The price was amazing fair as well and WELL WORTH IT! I have emailed my entire email list, if you need your carpets cleaned, look no further! Thank you, Dena R. more

The carpet looked ok the first day, but after it completely dried and a few days later it showed areas that were not cleaned well. I would not use this company again. more

Show up over 30 minutes late no big to start. Then tech was little overboard on what the cleaning only involves. Over priced for deep steam cleaning they promise.When ever steam clean over spot from pet urine little one turns into big spot and smells worst than before. Carte price per room to do something that should been when you get a deep cleaning first place. Not good at all in my book. more

i have family coming in town this weekend and my carpet needed a very cleaning. i found Deluxe Carpet Cleaning on google last week and I scheduled an appointment but I was a little reluctant because I knew nothing about this company, their reputation or their product. i am pleased to say that i was highly impressed with the technician, he was on time, very polite and personable and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain how his products work before he actually began the cleaning process. My main problem with my carpet is we have a puppy who isn't quite house trained therefore my carpet had the pet urine stains. The tech took his time when cleaning and he went over certain spots where most of the smell and damages were. in the end, my carpet cleaning experience with Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Service was fantastic, they have a customer for life. more

When I called to get a quote, I told them what I needed - a living area and a masterbedroom cleaned to meet the requirements of the Stain Master warranty - the carpet is 11 months old. The 2 room price was $99 with a $10 truck fee. I told him the rooms were oversized - nope, still 2 rooms - $99. I asked if they moved furniture - yes, for $15 (not $15 a room). We the men arrived to do the cleaning, we were told it was $15 a room and Oh, by the way, when we clean the stain guard will be removed and it is $30 a room to put it back in, and oh, the closets are not included with the master bedroom the are extra for the cleaning and the stain guard. It was not like they were not told of the stain guard warrenty - they could have told me all of this upfront, but no, if the question is not asked they don't tell. Not my way of running a business. more
