I had this company come to my residence to clean practically my entire carpet. I really took into the account how long they've been in business, bbb rating, and other reviews. But I had to experience this for myself. Surprisingly the technician did a sloppy job. Stains were still apparent after the cleaning and became even more so after it dried. The tech comes up with a sorry excuse saying if the machine couldn't get it, then it is pretty much hopeless. What went wrong? I did not have a lot of stains to begin with. I was so angry, I went to Walmart, purchased a Bissell for $98 and to my surprise as an amateur, did a much better job. I only regret I went against my gut feeling of doing this from the beginning and still chose to hire this company. What is the $10 trip, I supposed this is their way of getting reimbursed for gas coming to your location outside of the service charge. Too pricy for the terrible services rendered. Truly disappointed. Hard lessoned learned, I will never again use this company and this is why I have learned to do things on my own and save money while I am at it.
