bad service 1/25/2008

well i will make this quick this shop looks good and its nice and clean but thats it. I was told by someone that there is a guy that knows about performance parts on old cars when i got there i was told that he does not work here anymore and so i was talking to a man that did not seem to know much. So why would a company say that they work on old cars when they dont even know what they are talking about. Pros: clean shop Cons: customer service more

My friend has used the services of this shop and suggested i take my car there. It is one of the nicest looking mechanics shops I have ever scene. Lots of antiques and is VERY clean. But the service wasnt very good, i had to call to find out if it was ready and when i picked it up no one seemed to know what was done, and it seemed expensive. when i called around i found out i could have gotten the same jobs at the dealer for $100 less! Pros: Very nice looking shop Cons: not good customer service more

BEST SHOP 10/22/2007

ive been taking my 1995 vehicle to this guys for over 10 years,and they keep it running great for me. they have always been very helpful and when available they even lend me their loaner vehicle,i strongly reccomend this shop to anyone that owns ANY car because they work on all brands and have helped many of my friends and relatives over the years. this is a family owned shop and is very cool to go and see all the antiques they have inside,and yeah they also work on antique vehicles as well. great people,definately reccomended more

BEST SHOP 10/22/2007

Big changes...not good changes 10/1/2007

I have been a customer of this shop for years and years. I think it must have been sold, although when I asked they said no. Major staffing changes and buisness philosophy have occured. I brought my car in June and things seems disorganized and I couldn't get a good explaination about what had been done. My car worked okay and I didn't think much of it but when I returned to have some recommendations done in the end of august it was the worst service I think I have ever recieved. I had to take my car back twice that week. The attitude from the woman I talked to seemed to be ""oh well"" these things happen. Thier service in years past hasn't always been perfect but it was always taken care of right away and I felt cared for and heard. This was not the case, I had to leave my car again and when I picked it up I got NO explanation about what the problem was and not even a apolgy just a weird explanation that was delievered so quickly that my head spun. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Its a shame because the previous owner and manager seemed to have the whole customer service idea down and it was a comfortable place to bring my car. Now I have to look for a new place. more
