I received a callback almost immediately and was able to schedule an on site meeting. We had windows replaced in a triplex. The job started and completed to our expectations, they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all the debris. All work completed as contracted and there were no surprise costs. The person we worked with was available by phone at any time. I would definitely work with this company in the future. Thanks for a job well done. more

We had a break in and had to secure our home immediately and secure windows were at the top of our list. Creative Exteriors was the first to respond to our search and came out the same day. He let us know what we needed as we did a walk through of the entire house. Had a portfolio to view of every window with pros & cons. Also, had materials for us to examine as well as materials of inferior windows so that we may compare. After giving us a quote, let us know that he understands with a break in we may not be able to pay upfront but was willing to work with a room at a time as we financially get back on our feet. We needed the whole house done now! He worked with us on that and even realized that he misquoted us for two rooms and our price went down $2000 (we would not have known that otherwise). We are very pleased and proud of our decision to go with Creative Exteriors as a break in can leave you feeling vulnerable but after our beautiful & secure windows were installed it felt like home again only safer with our new security system, as well! Actually, with the new windows we were encouraged to do some remodeling to compliment the new installatins so it feels like a new home! more

Owner returns calls between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. and expects customer to call back at HIS convenience. Our first phone contact (after a week of playing phone tag) was so off-putting and unpleasant, I eliminated the company from my estimate list immediately. more

The owner came and gave me an estimate on a gut rehab of my bathroom, then called back to lower it the next day. His crew started demo two weeks later, but left after one day and never returned. A new crew returned two days later and the next day the price went up $2,000, even though a contract had already been signed. We signed a new contract, but the new crew never did any work, they just came to my home to use the bathroom and left. I got nothing but destruction and excuses from this company! more
