We had a break in and had to secure our home immediately and secure windows were at the top of our list. Creative Exteriors was the first to respond to our search and came out the same day. He let us know what we needed as we did a walk through of the entire house. Had a portfolio to view of every window with pros & cons. Also, had materials for us to examine as well as materials of inferior windows so that we may compare. After giving us a quote, let us know that he understands with a break in we may not be able to pay upfront but was willing to work with a room at a time as we financially get back on our feet. We needed the whole house done now! He worked with us on that and even realized that he misquoted us for two rooms and our price went down $2000 (we would not have known that otherwise). We are very pleased and proud of our decision to go with Creative Exteriors as a break in can leave you feeling vulnerable but after our beautiful & secure windows were installed it felt like home again only safer with our new security system, as well! Actually, with the new windows we were encouraged to do some remodeling to compliment the new installatins so it feels like a new home!
