Corry's Cleaning

I took my down pillows in for cleaning on my first visit to this cleaners. When I went to pick them up they replaced them with polyester fiberfill pillow and had mislabeld the polyester pillows as the ones I brought in. When I complained they gave me a form to fill out and said it would be a week. The form asked for price I paid for the pillows and how long ago I bought them. They must lose a lot to have a zerox form for complaints. They said it would be a week for the response. Meanwhile who knows who now has my pillows. It seems they could have looked at the other pillows that came in that day and found mine. The service was bad and I rate the competence as a big ZERO. Regrettably submitted, my disappointment with CORRYS -- which used to be the place I'd take my best clothing: My suede jacket came back irreparably faded after storage in sunlight at their shop. Staff and management were unapologetic and only after my repeated polite requests did anyone respond. Poor manufacturing was their explanation. It was easy for me to find out that any method CORRYS might have used could potentially deteriorate dye of any quality after light exposure. And they claimed not to know this!
