Computer Heaven 5/1/2013

Computer Bay was recommended to me. They have been around for 27 years, so this is no fly-by-night company. The customer service here is superb! Paul and Joy were both very friendly and helpful. Paul spent as much time with me as needed to answer all the myriad of questions I had. I brought my desktop tower to them for hard drive and technical issues. I brought my laptop in for repair due to physical damage. Computer Bay was able to take care of both my computers in record time, without bleeding me dry financially. They are not close or convenient to me geographically speaking, but I won't take my computers anywhere else. I should share that I called some other companies, including the Geek Squad and described the physical problem with my laptop. They all told me it was toast and it would not be worth repairing. Yikes! My laptop was a gift, I couldn't have afforded it otherwise. Computer Bay was the only company who didn't tell me that I'd have to get a new laptop. They were optimistic that it could be repaired and voila-it was! I have used five different computer repair techs over the years and NONE compare to the people here. CB also offers online remote support which is awesome! It a HUGE relief to know if I ever have computer problems again, I only need go to Computer Bay. more

Excellent and Informative 9/27/2005

I recently was having problems with my computer monitor screen being a little fuzzy all of a sudden. I had called Computer Bay and asked them if they knew what could be wrong or what they could do to help me. They had informed me that it could be 1 of 2 things and wanted me to bring in my computer to look at it further. I did so and they had found out the problem....I needed to buy new monitor to fix the fuzziness. Well, I said I didn't need one that bad right now and that I would wait, I don't have the money right now to spend on it personally, but anyway they didn't charge me anything to look at my computer to figure out what was wrong with it and was very friendly and didn't pressure me to buy a new monitor on the spot. I would recommend their services!!! more
