Complete Auto Glass

Complete Auto Glass offered us a great deal on having three windshields replaced. The total package was cheaper than anybody else. They also give chip repair for when you get chips in the windshield, so everything is fine. more

I found Complete Auto Glass online. They arrived when they said they would and did a full windshield replacement. The work they did was really good and I had no issues. I would definitely use them again for any replacement needs. more

Complete Auto Glass replaced a back rear passenger window on my wife's car and they did such a good job, I called back the next day for them to replace her windshield as well. The folks are nice on the phone as well as in person. They did a really good job and their prices are really good too. more

Talked to the owner about my 1-5 appointment at 515 he said he driver was in Erie.... But I should have called earlier for a eta for better service. Worse service and the biggest waste of a Friday thanks! I and a dinner gift card is going to make up for my lost time! What a joke. Steer clear. more

The process was handled very professionally and courteously. The prices are good as well and the job was finished in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Hassle free, gave me two choices in aftermarket glass or OEM quality type glass. Explained the differences, never had that option with the big glass companies. Set up time, dude came out, did the job in less than an hour. He was nice, explained the adhesive they used and what my warranty was on the glass. He also cleaned up and took the old glass without charging me a disposal fee. So, let's break down why I'll call them again. My husband's truck driver side window was shattered because of vandalism. We called on a Monday to get prices...this company had the cheapest price that we could find. They sent somebody out on Tuesday, didn't show up until after 4:00pm...there was no call beforehand that they were on there way. He work on the window for almost an hour...had to leave, the window didn't fit right. Now on Wednesday another person shows up around 3:30ish, not the same person, some sub contracted person that this company uses, he comes to the door and ask where the Subaru is? Nope, it is a Ford Ranger...(sigh), this person didn't call either to say when they were arriving. He then proceeds to trade out the windows, but alas, the job is still not done...he tells me the regulator is broken, news to me...since the other guy didn't say anything about a broken regulator the day before. So he leaves the new window in, tells me I must pay for it because the owner said to collect. that the owner would call me the next day to quote me a new or used regulator. Now it is Thursday...no call from the owner. My husband fixed the broken regulator, we found the broken piece still in the door and was able to make it work...so we finished their job for them. Very dissatisfied with the communication and lack of it...a job that was to take about 40 minutes to do, took two days and wasn't completed correctly. For the 150.84 I paid for the window/labor I think I should be reimbursed about 50.00 of that because we completed their . I think that is only fair....not a happy customer at all! more

They went over the different options I had and made it so much easier to make a decision. In the end I couldn't believe what a difference it made on my car. I was extremely happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit the location off 84th and Huron. more
