Due to some unruly vandals, my rear window was in need of replacement. I really dug around, wanting to get the best deal possible as far as quality and pricing. I was very pleased with Complete Auto Glass. They offered everything I was looking for and did an awesome job. Altogether, I ended up saving around 40 bucks! more

Okay, so this is my third windshield to be installed in my 8 year old SUV. This was the first time using Complete Auto Glass. Hassle free, gave me two choices in aftermarket glass or OEM quality type glass. Explained the differences, never had that option with the big glass companies. Set up time, dude came out, did the job in less than an hour. He was nice, explained the adhesive they used and what my warranty was on the glass. He also cleaned up and took the old glass without charging me a disposal fee. So, let's break down why I'll call them again. Cheaper, Options in glass, Good customer service, Tech was nice and knew his stuff, Good Warranty, No charge for cleanup and disposal of old glass! more

I didn't know exactly what type of tint I wanted to get on my SUV, the great thing was the whole staff was very attentive and worked quickly. They went over the different options I had and made it so much easier to make a decision. In the end I couldn't believe what a difference it made on my car. I was extremely happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit the location off 84th and Huron. more

Complete Auto Glass is awesome! I've used them four times personally, and I've recommended them twice. They provide a great value, first of all, and they certainly stack up against their competitors' pricing, the full spectrum, and that's anywhere from major glass houses to companies that are just little, micro-companies. Rob Cervantes runs the company and he is fantastic on the phone. Their followup as a whole is really good. I haven't had any issues with regards to the product. The first time I used them was just under two years ago, and I used them again just yesterday. I would say the value is there, the customer service is good, and the follow-through is great. more

Even when I ordered the wrong part, they were willing to reschedule with no hassle or extra fees and returned to do the job in a couple days. I had a couple of windows broken and Complete Auto Glass's price seemed to be the best. They did the job while I was at work, so I didn't have to have it be done on my time. It took them about a hour and a half to 2 hours and then they were finished. more

I tell everyone about Complete Auto Glass. They are always the cheapest price. They come to my home, I don't have to travel to them, which is very nice and convenient. And the guy is so nice to deal with and he always remembers me. I won't use anyone else. I actually couldn't remember the name of this company and accidentally used someone else. That was a mistake. They weren't as good, so I won't make that mistake again! Plus, they didn't take as good of care of me as Complete Auto Glass always does. I am always really impressed with the work and service they provide. more

We used Complete Auto Glass to replace 3 windshields at the same time for us. I found them online, and they were very easy to work with. The person who helped us, was very accommodating and able to find us premium glass. They came to our place of work for the installation. It was not an inconvenience to us at all. We would absolutely use them again. more

There were no surprises with Complete Auto Glass. I wasn't here at the time when they came out, but the windows were replaced and it seemed to have been fine. It was a matter of calling a few different companies, and Complete Auto Glass seemed to offer fair value and good service. more
