Talked to the owner about my 1-5 appointment at 515 he said he driver was in Erie.... But I should have called earlier for a eta for better service. Worse service and the bigges...

Very friendly and was able to get a fantastic price for my sons car. Even when I ordered the wrong part, they were willing to reschedule with no hassle or extra fees and returned to do the job in a couple days. All parties I spoke with were professional, caring, and very easy to work with. I will use them for all our auto glass needs! Thank you! Mary Howard more

Great company to work with, reliable, finished when they said they were going to finish. 3/21/2012

I had a couple of windows broken and Complete Auto Glass's price seemed to be the best. They did the job while I was at work, so I didn't have to have it be done on my time. It took them about a hour and a half to 2 hours and then they were finished. more

I had a couple of windows broken and Complete Auto Glass's price seemed to be the best. They did the job while I was at work, so I didn't have to have it be done on my time. It took them about a hour and a half to 2 hours and then they were finished. more

An awesome company, and a great value. 2/22/2012

Complete Auto Glass is awesome! I've used them four times personally, and I've recommended them twice. They provide a great value, first of all, and they certainly stack up against their competitors' pricing, the full spectrum, and that's anywhere from major glass houses to companies that are just little, micro-companies. Rob Cervantes runs the company and he is fantastic on the phone. Their followup as a whole is really good. I haven't had any issues with regards to the product. The first time I used them was just under two years ago, and I used them again just yesterday. I would say the value is there, the customer service is good, and the follow-through is great. more

I tell everyone about Complete Auto Glass. They are always the cheapest price. They come to my home, I don't have to travel to them, which is very nice and convenient. And the guy is so nice to deal with and he always remembers me. I won't use anyone else. I actually couldn't remember the name of this company and accidentally used someone else. That was a mistake. They weren't as good, so I won't make that mistake again! Plus, they didn't take as good of care of me as Complete Auto Glass always does. I am always really impressed with the work and service they provide. more

We used Complete Auto Glass to replace 3 windshields at the same time for us. I found them online, and they were very easy to work with. Fair value and good service!! 11/30/2011

There were no surprises with Complete Auto Glass. I wasn't here at the time when they came out, but the windows were replaced and it seemed to have been fine. It was a matter of calling a few different companies, and Complete Auto Glass seemed to offer fair value and good service. more

The only company that was real explanatory! 10/28/2011

The people at Complete Auto glass were polite and did everything on time. I haven't had any problems! I looked them up in the phone book. I had called a lot of different places and a lot of places I had called were not very explanatory about the difference between green and copper glass. Complete Auto Glass was the only company that was real explanatory. They told me what kind of glass I needed to match the rest of my vehicle, so they definitely knew what they were talking about. My experience with Complete Auto Glass was really good. I would definitely recommend Complete Auto Glass! Troy Mackey more

A great deal! 10/25/2011

Complete Auto Glass offered us a great deal on having three windshields replaced. The total package was cheaper than anybody else. They also give chip repair for when you get chips in the windshield, so everything is fine. more
