Complete Auto Glass is awesome! I've used them four times personally, and I've recommended them twice. They provide a great value, first of all, and they certainly stack up against their competitors' pricing, the full spectrum, and that's anywhere from major glass houses to companies that are just little, micro-companies. Rob Cervantes runs the company and he is fantastic on the phone. Their followup as a whole is really good. I haven't had any issues with regards to the product. The first time I used them was just under two years ago, and I used them again just yesterday. I would say the value is there, the customer service is good, and the follow-through is great.
