Technician was courteous and prompt BUT I was charged $135.00 (its was just after Friday evening and kicked into higher rates.) Double the regular service charge. My system worke...

Both men were very helpful in answering my questions and both were very kind and personable. The reason for 4 star rating: two issues - 1. I didn't know the overflow safety switch was an additional cost of over $200, I thought it was included in the $900 quote. 2. They didn't finish the overflow connection pipe from WH to the drainage pipe but they came out the next day and finished it - Other than that they were great and I will recommend and hire them again. A/C repair 6/10/2018

After my A/C went out the other night around 8 pm, I called Comfort Masters the next morning, and was helped very quickly and effiecently. All I needed to do was to supply them with my serial number from my A/C unit,so that they would know what type of unit I had. After I provided them with the serial number, and got on the daily schedule for repair, I was contacted by the service tech within a hour to let me know that he was on the way to my house to repair the unit. Once, he arrived he was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He got to work right away and my unit repaired and running in an hour. I could not be more pleased with his service and professionalism. more

Long time member 6/10/2018

Jeff did not drain and flush the water heater!!!!!!! He said we would have wait until it starts leaking????? What kind of an answer is that? Said it was clogged. Made me doubt the rest of his work at my son's house. I would like someone to review his work at my son's house. My house he did great. Ed Wasiuta more
