After my A/C went out the other night around 8 pm, I called Comfort Masters the next morning, and was helped very quickly and effiecently. All I needed to do was to supply them with my serial number from my A/C unit,so that they would know what type of unit I had. After I provided them with the serial number, and got on the daily schedule for repair, I was contacted by the service tech within a hour to let me know that he was on the way to my house to repair the unit. Once, he arrived he was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He got to work right away and my unit repaired and running in an hour. I could not be more pleased with his service and professionalism.
