I had my carpets clean and the service was okay, nothing spectacular, probably could have had it done for 1/2 the price through another company and had the same results. Stains were coming back up 3 weeks later. Damaged the bedroom furniture and did not tell me. I discovered it and contacted the company. Nick came to see the damage, said they could have someone fix it. I missed his last call, left a message, but haven't received a call back.
Do not recommend them for carpets.
