COIT does a good job. My appts. was scheduled to be the 1st appt. on Sat. morning and the person who was scheduled to clean the ducts called to give me a later time, by 10:00. This was not acceptable because a lady from Coit called to confirm my 1st, early Sat. appt. between 8 and 9 I woke up early to be ready to greet him by 8:00 a.m. After speaking to him about this, he did arrive earlier than 10:00. He was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. If I am the 1st appt. and because it was confirmed as the 1st, I would expect to have him their between 8 and 9; preferably 8. He did a good job with the exception of all the vacuuming needed after he left.
