Had repair work done on the front end. 6 weeks later, exact same problem. They didn't use the proper parts, did not put them together correctly and risked the lives of all who have driven the car. Seeing if I can pursue criminal charges as well as a civil suit. more

No Surprise!! Amazing service and guaranteed quality work!! As all of the reviews I've read AAA referred me as well. And as a female I was worried about being scammed!! The only scam was the fear from reading some of these reviews. Very courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to have additional work done to my vehicle (but did suggest some recommended maintenance, which I appreciated.) They finished the work quickly and stuck to the price quoted. I would use them again. more

I have had a good experience. When I bring my car in and ask questions or get a call about what is needed to be repaired, the persons in charge are very patient and explain in terms I can understand. Also I am an older lady with arthritis in my hands and ask to have my tires checked. No problem. I would recommend Cobble Hill Super Service.- VBrown more

Last week, my car was towed to Cobble Hill station through triple AAA. I had a 2004 Honda that wouldn't start and I wasn't sure why. I was kinda of panicking about it cause I love my HONDA and it is my only means of transportation between school and work. During this time I went online and read the reviews for this place and starting having an anxiety attack. Some of the reviews were not so good and quite frankly I really hoped that i wasn't gonna get screwed out of money that I didn't have! The tow guy was very polite and nice to me but hey you still never know. Anyway, the next day I recieved a called from someone who worked there and he said that I needed a new fuel pump. I asked him "Is that it?" he said " Yes Honey" and told me that I could even pick the car up after 5pm that day. I was confused because some of the reviews about this station said that it is a ripp off. The mechanic was in a perfect position to screw me out of money and he didn't! I didn't question it and picked up my car and thanked GOD!!! In return I am posting this review on several sites because I feel that people should also read about my GOOD experience with Cobble Hill on Atlantic and Henry!!!:) more

Good: not a thing. Bad: rude crooks. Improvements: bulldoze this place. Other: My car's steering pump went; AAA picked it up and brought it to this dive. When the diagnostic quote finally came back, the parts he recommended I replace were literally twice the price quote I received from the dealer, not including labor. When I questioned them, they backpedaled, then called me back to say they could match "some" of the parts prices with used or refurbished parts. So I called my own tow service and got my car out of there. I will gladly pay extra for a tow somewhere honest then give these. more
