Thank you for taking the time to talk to me on Friday. As I told you, my car developed some serious trouble in Brooklyn Heights Thursday. AAA contacted the closest service member, Cobble Hill Super Service, and they arrived with a flatbed within fifteen minutes. Not only did they arrive in record time, the driver, Abu, was helpful, careful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I went back to the service station with him. Mind you, I was literally stranded in Brooklyn. The staff was so kind and directed me to the closest subway which took me directly to Grand Central Station. Tony Platanias, the owner, and his staff are fixing my car; which, as it turns out, is a huge and costly process. He has been patient and informative with me on the phone. I understand from him that his service comes with a twelve month parts warranty which will be honored by any AAA authorized service station if such a need should arise. Luckily, he and Jose had my car repaired today, saving me the expense of a rental vehicle. I must add, Jose was extremely kind and let me know immediately when the car was ready. I hope never to be in this situation again; however, I consider myself lucky to be a member of AAA and when such situations occur, have the unexpected care of service members such as Cobble Hill Super Service. Last week, my car was towed to Cobble Hill station through triple AAA. I had a 2004 Honda that wouldn’t start and I wasn’t sure why. I was kinda of panicking about it cause I love my HONDA and it is my only means of transportation between school and work. During this time I went online and read the reviews for this place and starting having an anxiety attack. Some of the reviews were not so good and quite frankly I really hoped that i wasn’t gonna get screwed out of money that I didn’t have! The tow guy was very polite and nice to me but hey you still never know. Anyway, the next day I recieved a called from someone who worked there and he said that I needed a new fuel pump. I asked him “Is that it?” he said ” Yes Honey” and told me that I could even pick the car up after 5pm that day. I was confused because some of the reviews about this station said that it is a ripp off. The mechanic was in a perfect position to screw me out of money and he didn’t! I didn’t question it and picked up my car and thanked GOD!!! In return I am posting this review on several sites because I feel that people should also read about my GOOD experience with Cobble Hill on Atlantic and Henry!!!:) more

Yesterday I dropped off my 2004 Toyota for a tune up and oil change at Cobble Hill Super Service. Three hours later I recieved a phone call that my car is ready for pick up. Since I have been going there for about 3 years and never had ANY problem with them I decided to post on a few sites to get the word out about Cobble Hill. The only catch is they are almost always busy so you have to drop your car off early but this is a small price to pay for a FAIR trusty service. more

I'm writing to commend Mr. Frankie AIi, who performs towing services for Cobble Hill Super Service in Brooklyn. Last night, when our car "died" as my wife and I were driving in Brooklyn, I called AAA to requgst a tow truck. Adding to the problem was the fact that our stalled car was blocking another vehicle, preventing its driver from moving for more than an hour. When Mr. Ali- arrived, he helped to move our car so that the other vehicle could leave. He then spent considerable time and efforl trying several different methods to restaft our car. When these attempts failed, he towed us back to his station. Throughout his time with us on a dark and rainy night, Mr. Aliwas extremely pleasant, good- humored, and reassuring. Needless to say, I hope my car doesn't break down again, but if it ever did, there's no one l'd rather see coming to my rescue than Frankie Ali. more

When I was towed in to cobble hill service station , I did not know what to expect. My car had broken down on the BQE and I was worried that I was gonna be taken. After having read all the other reviews, I must disagree. At Cobble Hill Service Station I got the best possible service you could. I was worried that they would tell me that things were broken that didnt even exist. It turned out to be the alternater. They reccomended that I change the battery as well but didn't force it upon me. In fact after having the work done, i priced around the job and found that their prices were more than fair. I would go back there anytime! more
