Claudia and Sandy are awesome. I started going to Claudia's about 2 years ago when my face would break out like crazy with the change of seasons. Now, I never have a problem! i see Claudia every 6 weeks or so, and she always takes care of me and my skin! She also gives amazing facials. (It's like getting a face massage!) I've been getting facials at Claudia Skin Care since I moved to Chicago. I'm always pleased with the results. I go in once a month if I can. Each time I visit I'm giving a consultation and told what treatment would be good for my skin. The team is so skilled, kind and patient. They're almost like skin fortune tellers as they can tell if I've been stressed, hormonal or eating poorly. I'm always shocked at how much they know. I was introduced to Claudia Spa during the 31 Days for Breast Cancer promotion in 2005. My friend had a positive experience and suggested that I go as well. I fell in love with this place and have been going ever since. I've had problem skin since my childhood. I've tried every over-the-counter product known to man with no results but since I've been going to Claudia Spa regularly my skin has improved tremendously. I can't tell you how elated I was to see my blemishes and bumps clear up. I knew Claudia (owner) and Sandy (her trusty sidekick and sister) had quite a feat on their hands when I came in for the first time but they managed to whip my skin into shape in no time. For the first time in my life I have SOFT SMOOTH and FLAWLESS skin. I'm not ashamed to go out in public without makeup anymore. I look like a new person after several Alpha-Hydroxy flycolic Acid Pro-Gel Mini -Facials coupled with regular monthly facials; I can hardly believe my own eyes. Prior to these treatments, I was beginning to hate my complexion because of dark spots and lots of discoloration. I had just about resolved myself to the fact that I had blown the opportunity to take care of my complexion after abusing it for a number of years, and that it was too late to reverse the damage that I had done to it. I have been client of Claudia Skin Care for almost 2 years. I started going to Claudia Skin Care Center out of desperate measures because I had tried everything to get rid of my severe acne. I was referred to Claudia Skin Care by a friend whose skin had cleared due to Claudia Skin Care. Claudia & Sandy are very knowledgeable about skin and can really help with problem skin. With all health treatments, it is not a quick fix. The improvements take time but Claudia & Sandy have many years of experience & will be able to guide you through the process. This is not a relaxation spa/salon with the fountains & Zen gardens in every room. The main focus at this salon is your skin. My skin has improved greatly! Every year my girlfriend treats me to a birthday facial at Claudia's. I extremely enjoy and do not mind going there. The ladies are so nice and make me feel so very comfortable. I previously had a facial elsewhere and no way will I go back. My first facial ever a gift from my mom. I suffer from acne and dry skin. I didn't know what to expect but Claudia were excellent very informative and gentle with my skin. I first started going to Claudia's a couple years ago. I had oily skin with acne. Claudia did a great job cleansing my skin. Claudia and her sister are both great person, very sincere. I always have a great time going there for treatments as well as small talk. They do not push products to me but offer recommendations. In addition to the treatments they offer great tips on maintaining skin balance. ""Drink 8 glasses of water"" they always tell me. My skin overall has improved greatly. I have been a regular client of Claudia Skin Care since 1999. I started with Electrolysis on my eyebrows, and later had the laser on my eyebrows with excellent results - the shape is very nice. I've been having regular Endermologie body treatments for several years and intend to continue. Not only does Endermologie remove cellulite and bloat, but it makes my skin look much younger due to improved circulation. I have been going to Claudia and Sandy for facials for four years and have always had excellent results. They are a bit rough with facial extractions but if you can tolerate a few minutes of pain and an evening of redness, the results are second to none. As an acne sufferer I have visited many aestheticians. Though Claudia's skin care doesn't have the relaxed environment of some other area day spas, they have been the most thorough in addressing the needs of my skin. There is a bit of sales pressure but the prices - especially for a Michigan Avenue spa- are incredible considering the quality of service.
