I have been going to Claudia and Sandy for facials for four years and have always had excellent results. They are a bit rough with facial extractions but if you can tolerate a few minutes of pain and an evening of redness, the results are second to none.
As an acne sufferer I have visited many aestheticians. Though Claudia's skin care doesn't have the relaxed environment of some other area day spas, they have been the most thorough in addressing the needs of my skin. There is a bit of sales pressure but the prices - especially for a Michigan Avenue spa- are incredible considering the quality of service.
Pros: Professional, Skilled, Well Priced
Cons: Ambiance, Sales Pressure, Pain
