on-site maintenance is the best indicator of a company's customer care 4/25/2018

Jon Wiltshire is a very personable guy and was very open and forthcoming as to what exactly he was seeing on his test equipment and what it meant. He was also willing when I asked him, to give his experiences with different brands of equipment and both good and bad choices customers had made regarding spending extra money on older failing units many of which sounded like they had many more problems than my unit has. I come from a technical/scientific background and he definitely sounds like he knows what he's talking about. I would take his recommendation for a new unit if and when I am in the market for one. more

Great Service!!! 2/19/2018

Brandon was great. He was on time if not a little early but we knew he was on the way. He took time to explain. He did the job quickly without leaving a mess. The first time he came out was free-- he did some work but still did not charge. Of course no one wants to pay for parts and labor but I did not feel like he was giving me BS and he did try the cheaper way first. When he came back out he was ready to work and got the job done in less time then expected. What more could you ask for?! I will continue to use this company. more

Adrian was prompt and his appearance was professional. He spent a great deal of time showing and explaining problems that my furnace had and made several suggestions. I felt at ease with him in my house. He is a very nice representative of your company. more

Preventive Maintenance Service 1/18/2018

We decided to have a PM completed on our furnace under the donate the service charge to charity program being offered. We had Jon assigned to complete our service. Jon arrived promptly and explained the service that would be performed. Jon explained the procedure on what he was testing for and the result he was looking for. All came out great except one issue with the blower having a bad bearing needing replacement. Jon explained the cost which would be only labor as the part is still under warranty. But over all Jon was personable, easy to talk with and very informative. It was more like talking with a friend then a service technician!! more

Jon W. was very courteous and helpful. He was knowledgeable and provided feedback on our Heat and Air system. He did not try to persuade us to purchasing something we did not need. He suggested renewing our annul service agreement to ensure the protection and warranty of our unit. We are grateful for his help. Rating 5. more

Replace or repair a 45 year old sump pump 11/2/2017

Brandon was courteous and pleasant and quickly identified the problem. He came back at the agreed to time with a replacement pump and installed it . We are now ready for another wet winter. Brandon did a great job. more

Home A/C Repair 5/30/2017

My a/c was not working and I called Clarke. Jennifer answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. She made me feel like they really wanted to help me, was very friendly, and did a good job of explaining what I could expect for the visit. Jon arrived early to the scheduled time of my appointment. He took the time to explain to me the work he was going to do. He also did a great job of telling me what was wrong with the ac unit and the work he was going to do to get it fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. I knew it would get it fixed the right way and he was very committed to make sure that I was satisfied with his work. Overall an exceptional experience! more
