Jon Wiltshire is a very personable guy and was very open and forthcoming as to what exactly he was seeing on his test equipment and what it meant. He was also willing when I asked him, to give his experiences with different brands of equipment and both good and bad choices customers had made regarding spending extra money on older failing units many of which sounded like they had many more problems than my unit has. I come from a technical/scientific background and he definitely sounds like he knows what he's talking about. I would take his recommendation for a new unit if and when I am in the market for one.
