My a/c was not working and I called Clarke. Jennifer answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. She made me feel like they really wanted to help me, was very friendly, and did a good job of explaining what I could expect for the visit. Jon arrived early to the scheduled time of my appointment. He took the time to explain to me the work he was going to do. He also did a great job of telling me what was wrong with the ac unit and the work he was going to do to get it fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. I knew it would get it fixed the right way and he was very committed to make sure that I was satisfied with his work. Overall an exceptional experience!
