Review content:
We decided to have a PM completed on our furnace under the donate the service charge to charity program being offered. We had Jon assigned to complete our service. Jon arrived promptly and explained the service that would be performed. Jon explained the procedure on what he was testing for and the result he was looking for. All came out great except one issue with the blower having a bad bearing needing replacement. Jon explained the cost which would be only labor as the part is still under warranty. But over all Jon was personable, easy to talk with and very informative. It was more like talking with a friend then a service technician!!
