Do not use Clarke and Rush, they will rip you off. Let me repeat, DO NOT USE CLARK AND RUSH, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.\r \r Our air conditoner went out on Saturday. They dispatch...

Great Customer Service! 5/10/2017

Kevin was very courteous and professional. He was able to answer all my questions, and listened carefully to the problem I was experiencing. I have never had customer service this great since 1968. I will recommend Clarke and Rush and tell everyone to call Kevin, that he is the best! more

I phoned and set up an appointment and the repairman arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. more

Service Call 9/15/2016

2 1/2 years ago I had a New HVAC system installed. I recently had the need to have some repairs performed on my system. The service call was $89, no problem, the part was still under warranty, no problem. The problem is it took less than 10 minutes to diagnosis the problem and replace the part, and charging another $89 for labor. Given the age of the system and time to replace the part I feel the additional $89 was unreasonable. I had no problem with the technician, he was only doing what he was told. more
