I received my delivery and the order was wrong. When I called to complain, I was offered a $2 discount for the next time I ordered. What a joke! The item they made incorrectly cost me $14.99. I called to give them a chance to make it right by sending the correct order or comping it for next time. I generally get the food delivered to my place. The people who deliver the food are really nice. The delivery is prompt. Love their Hunan chicken. Spring and egg rolls are awesome. Fried rice is nice. Teriyaki chicken was very average. more

there wasn't many locations to choose from with today being New Year's around 7 or 8 p.m. I was a bit skeptical because honestly a lot of the other reviews about this location seem to have a poor to ok average outcome. I decided to play it safe and I ordered some easy items (vegetarian sushi rolls, and beef chow mein)I absolutely despise sushi I ordered the vegetarian sushi which I loved) and was pleasantly surprised when they got here 20 minutes later (the whole thing did cost me around 17 dollars)_ I do want to note I was not in fact asked for a tip( I almost half expected because of 1 review I dread on here)and although not many words were exchanged between the drivers English communication skills were 100% accurate in all of our interactions(which is something I am extra sensitive about noticing since in my neighborhood there is about 0 white people and a lot of store owners fake like they understand you etc., I'm not a big fan of Chinese food so I try to avoid it as much as possible but I have to state this this is 1 of the best flavored chow mein I've ever tasted. I'd recommend this place to anybody who's interested in eating Chinese food (or oriental food whatever) and disregard any of the bad reviews because either this location has corrected the error of thier ways or the reviews aren't true at least in my experience. (a little bit about me)I live 6.2 miles away from this place or at least that's what my computer read This is my first time using this website. The wait time on the receipt on computer screen said 45-60 minutes which is exactly how long the other reviews complained they had waited. I expected with the same but they came 20 minutes later... I'm a real person I live on 56th and central I'm a single white female my house isn't even lit up it has a gate and I have a dog so just thought I'd ask give an honest review or an updated one for those of you who are hungry and want food from this place that's warm, tastes good and delivered right to your doorstep. more

I used to often order from them but the delivery tim is terrible - Lately, expect to wait more than 1h minimum before your food arrive at your place. Eventhough, I live 5 blocks away from the restaurant !!! Terrible delivery service. more

I always order at China Wok but my last order took more than 60 minutes to be delivered on a saturday at 2pm !!! Such a bad service. more

First time ordering from the establishment from a pretty reliable source and I gotta say, they kinda suck. The Food was late and they didn't call to tell you other wise, and the driver still asked for a Tip. younger gentlemen who should not be a driver considering he dosent know what customer service means, (I've been a BEST BUY store manager for 6yrs I know my customer service)...On top of everything this was a business lunch, so this business will not be ordering food from here. We shouldn't pay extra for poor service. more
