While it is unfortunate that the issue occurred, we stand behind what we build. The homeowner has been promised that the floors will be made right, and the warranty on the affected flooring was extended. The repairs made so far to the floors are acceptable by all industry standards- and after the final touch-ups are performed during the next appointment at the homeowner's convenience, any cosmetic concerns will be resolved as well. We are currently continuing to work to make sure all of the concerns raised by this homeowner are resolved, as we do with all of our homeowners. We take customer satisfaction very seriously.
