I have been dealing with CC for a year now. When I moved in my home it was discovered that a bad batch of glue was used to glue down the hardwood. Instead of taking up the floors and doing them correctly. CC sent employee after employee in here to LOOK and then DESTROY these people drilled holes in the floors and filled them with glue, leaving holes all over the floors. The carpet... I was also told it was a bad batch of carpet, it falls apart when you vac the floors. Promise after promise has been made by the warrnaty department and yet nothing is done. One year later my backyard still floods, they promised me dirt and never delivered it. I do not trust CC housing. The quality of products they put in ths home is the lowest on the market. One thing I can say is H&H homes does put better quality cabinets and flooing into their homes.
