We just had a home inspection done by Amerispec Inspection Services on our home in Cameron before our first year warranty expired, and the home inspector was VERY impressed with the quality craftsmanship and supplies that were used in the building of our home. He said everything from the top of the line insulation to the special venting in the roof, it was all done in the highest of standards. There were a few small issues but Caviness and Cates already took care of them. It's easy for us to see how they continue to do so well! We are very happy with our home
