My favorite spa to relax, receive top treatment, and feel better than when I came in, is Carasoin! Again, Nicholle has rejuvenated my skin with her superlative skills. A great LA spa needs excellent talent working within. This is the place to go if you want everything from great facials, massage treatments, waxing etc. Nicholle gives perfect facials and massages. She's a very knowledgable, skilled and kind professional. Kaelee does a lovely eyebrow wax. Tom and his staff are superlative. Thank you Carasoin. more

This place is amazing! I just had a facial here after being a die hard fan of anohter spa on Robertson, and now I'm going to find it hard to go anywhere else again. I had big concerns about someone new touching my skin but my Esthetician (Tess?) was really keen on hearing all the little details about my skin, especially as I mark and get red easily.....but my skin just looked perfect when I left - no redness, blotchy skin - just glowing and dewey. It's maybe the only time I've ever left a spa in so much of a daze that I had to go and have coffee afterwards to recover. It's not a resort spa but that doesn't bother me as I like to go in get it done and leave, which they do better than anyone else I've tried in LA. Customer service is like nothing I've experienced, so friendly and welcoming and decor is sublime with little touches from Europe dotted about in a sophisticated way. Can't wait to go back..... more
